“The Last Song” made it on Los Angeles on its premiere at the Arclight Theaters on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood on Thursday, March 25. It was truly a “family event” for all the characters, especially for Miley Cyrus where her mom Tish was one of the producers of the movie; dad Billy Ray is always at Miley’s side; and siblings Trace, Brandi, and little Noah all joined the 17-year-old teen sensation on thered carpet. It was her first live-action feature film, also, coming-of-age drama film that does not feature her well-known shadow, Hannah Montana, but is based in a romantic novel of Nicolas Sparks with the same title.

Kelly Preston and Greg Kinnear also brought their wives  John Travolta and Helen Labdon to the party. The Liam Hemsworth  never tried to be left with family event, so his brother Chris was also there.

The camera never left the sweet scenes of the stars of “The Last Song”, Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus, who are currently the true-to-life couples as the pair held hands and snuggled throughout the evening.

Liam’s brother Chris, also a very tall man, starred as Kirk’s father George in the last year’s hit “Star Trek” film, and is currently filming “Thor” in the leading role.

Miley admitted that it was Liam’s height of  six-foot-five-inch tall that intimidated her most. “I got a little bit nervous about how big he was, because I was like, ‘I’m going to have to stand on apple boxes or something,’ and that made me a little bit intimidated even though I’m usually the one that’s intimidating someone else,” said the five-foot-four-inch tall actress.  ”I was like a little bit intimidated and it’s hard for someone to do that to me. But he ended up being awesome and was so fun.”

The premiere lasted with Miley’s girlfriends, sisters Ashley and Jennifer Tisdale, Monique Coleman, Ariel Winter, Debby Ryan, Melissa Ordway, Carly Chaikin and “Dancing with the Stars” pro Karina Smirnoff.
