One of the most famous novels by Nicholas Sparks has now a big screen adaptation that will surely delight and entertain those who are big fans of the book. “The Last Song” tells the story about family, opportunities and second chances that will really move the audience since relating to the movie is very easy.
“The Last Song” features Veronica “Ronnie” Miller played by teen sensation Miley Cyrus together with her brother, Jonah (Bobby Coleman) as they were sent to their father one summer to spend it with him. Since the divorce of her parents, Ronnie’s relationship with her dad Steve has not been very good.
Now, Steve (Greg Kinnear) is given a second chance to reconnect with her daughter again and try to build a stronger relationship with his family. As the siblings arrived on Tybee Island where their dad was staying, Ronnie was very defensive and rebelous of the things around her. As days pass, she was able to bond with her dad through the one thing they have in common- music.
