Do you people even read the books? Seriously you hope theres alot of Edward in it? I have a feeling you may be upset then, considering in the book he was gone for 3/4 of it.

I agree with Brittany. Edward had a very little part in the book. He entered the story at the last part of the book but I don’t think that will happen in the movie. I’m thinking they will be showing Edward and his family during the times when they were away. Like what they’ve been doing and stuff.

I just dont see how they will make the movie ring true with the book if they keep showing Edward and his family while he is supposed to be gone. I think the whole concept of the New Moon book was the fact that by the time Edward came back, even the reader was missing him. Just reading about how upset Bella was made you feel the same way, and that is just New Moon, a rollercoaster of emotions. How could they possibly keep that feeling in the movie if they keep showing Edward? The Twilight movie was upsettingly different from the book, lets see if they can mess up New Moon too.

I think that everyone is Wayyyyy to obsessed!!! You should know from the book Edward leaves…. and that Jacob becomes a big part in Bella’s life. I think they will find a way to get Edward shown on the movie quite a lot. The movie doesn’t always follow everything said on the book. I think they will show some scenes of Edward and his family when they went away from Forks.

I think Tiffany is right in a lot of ways, so what that Robert smokes, thats what he choose to do and so what that Taylor has a bigger part in the movie, his character is awsome. So cant wait for the movie to come out!

A lot of movie stars smokes. Men and Women. It’s no biggie as long as it’s taken moderately not like 2-4 packs a day.

Hey I hope they stick to the book and only show Edward at the beginning and at the climax pretty much the ending of the book. However I’m curious on how there going to show Bella after he leaves her. Also Twilight had a lot of the book quotes in it and I like how they didn’t put everything in it cause I still felt it just like I felt the book. But I’m going nuts waiting for the trailer for new moon I want to see it so bad. Anyway I just want them to complete all the movies.

i donno if edward will be in the movie alot, but dont you agree the biggest part of the book is about the fact that bella saves him? there would be no eclipes or breaking dawn if she never saved him. yes jacob is a big part in the book. but if you think about the big picture, if bella never saved edward, new moon would of been a boring book. it kept you on your toes. steph did such a good job keeping it as so. and as far as i’m concerned, i think there as a little too much jacob. but at the same time it was just enough. i dont know. and also, they did a good job picking jacob, but i always imagined jacob as kinda ugly and huuuggee. and taylor is freakin nice to look at, but hes not much taller than kristin. and hes not the best actor. maybe he’ll shine in new moon. i dont know. and as for rob, freaking amazing hott! he does such a good job as edward. i hate smoking, but hey, hes not mine. and he is amazing no matter what

Wow people, All I have to say is that if your a true fan of Stephs work you will read this and heed every word of it.

First off, plz knock it off with the “hes soooo hottt” bull, no one mentioned how “hott” Rob was in Harry Potter, its only because he is the embodyment of your fantasy edward that your even paying attention to him, so cool it. It’s seriously annoying to no end.

Second, If you have the gall to say something like ” I hope theres a lot of Edward in New Moon”, then you deserve to have Steph herself smack you across your pretty lil face. The ENTIRE POINT of New Moon was for him to be absent, that books purpose was to illustrate the pain of BELLA, or have you all forgotten that BELLA is the MAIN character, not edward, he is a very important secondary character, and everyone eles is third. But BELLA is the main focus, or rather her love is.

Third, as far as the movies vs books go, no movie is ever close to as good as the book is. There were many mistakes in twilight the movie that ruined the fantasy that the more avid readers developed. However, that was to be expected, and regardless it was sufficient enough to visualize the story for us all. After watching a few times more I realized it wasnt so bad its just that for people who read very well and have avid imaginations, its easy to expect more from the theaters.

Finally, this movie was not the “greatest thing since titanic” the story in the books however, is. Plz for the sake of all thats holy stop worshiping these actors as gods and treat them for what they are. ENTERTAINERS, not angles or golden gods, just actors. I can appreciating someone being a fan, but most of you people have taken this too far. Stephanie Mayer is the real angel or god or whatever you will. It was her imagination that made this fantasy realized and dont you ever forget it.

I am hoping there will be a movie adaption of entourage at some point, my favourite series by far.

I think lots of people are a bit obsessed with this, everyone thinks that Edward will be in it a lot, which is not true as he is not in half of it, although there is a rumour, of when Bella hears his voice while doing dangerous things, Edward will appear in the film, instead of just the voice.
I don’t think that Robert makes smoking look good, if anything, it sends a bad message to teens who see him smoking and think it is cool.
Most of the cast smoke, the only ones who don’t are Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene and Elizabeth Reaser.
I personally think they should all stop as it could ruin their future careers.
I can’t wait for New Moon! Or Eclipse, which comes out June 2010!
